Will exercising at night prevent you from getting a good night of rest? The National Sleep Foundation has new info you need to hear.

I work out virtually every day of the year. I only miss my daily exercise when I'm traveling and the first opportunity to work out might be in the evening.

I can't exercise at night because then I won't be able to get to sleep, right?

A new poll from the National Sleep Foundation shows a growing body of research that says the opposite is true. In fact, working out in the evening will help you sleep better than not exercising at all.

So I'm out of excuses when I travel!
