Baby Monitors- Nov. 21, 2013

Angelcare Monitors Inc. is  recalling baby monitors following the death of two infants due to strangulation.

Kia vans to fix suspensions- Nov. 21, 2013

Recall ordered because suspension part can break and cause drivers to lose control of the vehicles. The recall affects Sedona minivans from 2006 through 2012.

Ashville pharmacy company- Nov. 19,2013

Nature's Pharmacy and Compounding Center recalling sterile products due to possible contamination.


Chrysler Ram trucks- Nov. 8, 2013

Chrysler is recalling 1.2 million trucks due to front end issues that could lead to steering problems. Trucks from 2003 through 2008 are the vehicles affected.

Taylor Farms broccoli and slaw recall- October 26,2013

Products of packaged broccoli and slaw may be contaminated with Listeria. No illnesses have been reported.

Kraft string cheese recall- October 25,2013

Kraft is recalling some Polly-O string cheese because it may spoil before the posted expiration date. Customers should not eat the product and return it for a refund to their food store.

Boston company recall- October 25,2013

Boston Salads & Prepared Foods i0s recalling thousands of pounds of premade salads including, but not limited too, chicken, tuna, and potato salad.

Suzuki recalls motorcycles- October 23,2013

Recall effects GSX-R600 and GSX-R750 motorcycles from the 2004 through 2013 model years and GSX-R1000 motorcycles from the 2005 through 2013 model years. The front brakes on these models may not work. No injuries have been reported.

COSTCO meat recall- October 23,2013

Lean ground beef that may contain E.coli and purchased in Coon Rapids, Minnesota store.

Hyundai recall- October 21, 2013

Hyundai is recalling Genesis luxury cars for trouble with their brakes. The recall covers all 2009-2012 models. Owners will be notified starting in Novemeber.

Chicken and ham recall- October 18, 2013

Many of the products have already been taken off the shelves, but the products are being recalled due to possible contamination with a microbe known as listeria. The products were made by a company named Garden-Fresh Foods Inc. No illness has been reported.

Toyota recall- October 17, 2013

Toyota is recalling Camry and Camry hybrid, Avalon and Avalon hybrid and Venza from the 2012 and 2013 model years. The air bags and power steering could stop working in these vehicles. Only two minor injuries have been reported.

Antibiotic recall- October 16, 2013

FDA is recalling an injectable antibiotic for doctors. Lot H3A744 of its Cefepime for Injection USP and Dextrose Injection USP has been recalled for floating particles. If you are experienceing health problems due to the drug,  patients are asked to call 1-800-854-6851.

BMW recall- October 1, 2013

BMW to recall vehicles for brake problem. Affected BMW models have four-cylinder, 2-liter gasoline engines and include 125i compacts; 320i and 328i sedans; 520i and 528i sedans; X1 28i, 20i and 16i SUVs; X3 20i and 28i SUVs; and Z4 28i, 20i and 18i sports cars. The company says owners will be notified by mail.

Toyota recalls Sienna minivans- September 26, 2013

Siennas from the 2004, 2005, 2007, 2008 and 2009 models years are being recalled for a parking problem. Vehicles can shift out of park and roll away. There have been 21 accidents and 2 injuries so far from this problem. Owners will be notified by mail.
