"Movember" is Men's Cancer Awareness Month

Movember is the month formerly known as November where men grow a mustache for 30 days to raise awareness and funds to help find a cure for prostate and testicular cancer.

One man is diagnosed with prostate cancer every 8 minutes. Every 18 minutes, a man dies from prostate cancer -- 365 days a year. It's about time we brought much needed attention to this disease.

The money raised by Movember in the United States is split between the Prostate Cancer Foundation and the Lance Armstrong Foundation.
